Steps
- 1Log in at finance.trackwithagent.com.
- 2Open Settings.
- 3Choose Delete account.
- 4Type your email address to confirm, then confirm.
What happens next
Right away
You are signed out on every device and nobody can log in to the account.
For 30 days
Your data is kept in case you change your mind. Log in again within 30 days and the deletion is cancelled, with everything as you left it.
After 30 days
Your account and all its data are permanently deleted by our daily clean-up. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your name, email and password hash, UPI ID, accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, recurring entries, savings goals, group memberships, shared expenses you paid, your splits, settlements to or from you, and invite links you created.
What other people keep
Groups you were in stay for the other members. Shared expenses you paid and payments involving you are removed from those groups, so their group balances may change. Entries that were already added to other members' own trackers stay with them. Consider settling up and telling your group before you go.
Before you delete
Download your transactions from Finance as a CSV file if you want a copy. Settle any open balances with friends.
Backups
Our database provider keeps a short recovery history of up to 30 days. Deleted data disappears from it when that window passes.
Cannot log in?
Email privacy@trackwithagent.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you and process the request within 30 days, following the same timeline.
Website visitors
trackwithagent.com does not store personal data about you, so there is nothing to delete for the website.
