You may not
- Use the Services for anything illegal, including money laundering, fraud, tax evasion or tracking proceeds of crime.
- Add people to groups without their agreement, record false debts to pressure or harass anyone, or use payment reminders to abuse or threaten people.
- Upload or enter content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or that infringes someone else's rights, including in descriptions, group names and goal names.
- Enter other people's sensitive personal data (such as bank account numbers, card numbers or ID numbers) into descriptions or notes.
- Access or try to access another person's account or data, or share your login with others.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Services except as described on our Security page, or interfere with them (for example, overloading them, bypassing rate limits, or using bots or scrapers).
- Try to make the AI assistant produce harmful content, reveal its instructions, or act outside its purpose, or use it for anything unrelated to managing your own money at a scale that strains the service.
- Use the shared demo account, if offered, to store real personal data or to post offensive content.
- Copy, resell or build a competing service from our software, designs or content, or reverse engineer the Services except where the law allows.
- Pretend to be TrackWithAgent or another person.
What we do if rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or close the account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Report abuse to hello@trackwithagent.com or our Grievance Officer at grievance@trackwithagent.com.
